Absolute scammers. Message on Instagram multiple times and emailed several times and had no response. Received an email from management saying they would refund and offer 30% in next purchase. I did not receive any refund and my other purchase has not even been shipped. Do not fall for these scumbags. I managed to trace down the company director on the UK government website and tried messaging him in instagram but I was blocked. Theres also an address on website for their place of business. Do not fall for these free giveaways it’s all a scam.
