I deleted my google authenticator app due to my phone being reset. The only way I can get access to my account at Hyperverse is for someone at Hyperverse to do a reset for me. The problem is THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING ANYONE! THEY DO NOT REPLY TO MESSAGES AND IGNORE YOU. Basically, they now have my money and are refusing me access. To be honest, I couldn’t withdraw when I did have access .. complete scam, what a sucker I am for being drawn in.
