I breached the rules on my challenge and wanted to retry again. Used the same credit card is the first time and it was charged and denied. Contacted support and was told their fraud prevention system prevented the charge. So I said OK, let me try my debit card….That was denied too. Contacted support again and the only answer they have for me is to pay with crypto. I dont own crypto, nor do I want to own crypto to pay for a funded challenge. If your system cant even handle charging a credit card properly, I wouldnt be so eager to send crypto over either than I may not get back. Even if I were to pass the challenge, and get to the point of a payout, my confidence is lost that they could manage that properly too. If you are looking at different prop firms, I would look elsewhere. There should be options to pay via Paypal, Stripe, Etc.
