As many others have found, I ordered my swytch bike kit in April 2022 and it is now December 2022 with no sign of it and a message about a month ago saying it is at local fulfilment centre, whatever that means. I was told it would be here in June! Then september! Then November. Useless. Communication has been so poor and I, like others, feel like possibly it’s a scam and am so disappointed especially as I don’t drive and need this for local transport. It had good reviews and looked amazing. Wish I’d just saved up and bought an electric bike from Halfords!
