I ordered my kit at the beginning of summer and was told that my kit would arrive in September. Nearly 3 months later, I still have received NOTHING. Emails to them have not assured me – sometimes they respond with platitudes (its ready soon) or not at all. DO NOT BUY THE SWITCH BIKE – there are options available elsewhere in the same price point (e.g. look at Costco). I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel like I’ve been scammed.
