    I had 1 single chargeback in 2 years and it was fraudulent, the client claimed that he didn’t make the payment and I had all the proof against him.I even attached screenshots of the conversation with the client where he showed me the payment confirmation and were he told me that he had to call the bank to get the payment through then stripe decided against me and disabled my account. Money gone, product cost gone, time gone and revenue gone. I had only 5 star reviews and I offered amazing customer support. Just stay away from Stripe if you’re a small business. They support big companies that have horrible customer support. But if you’re a small business it literally takes one chargeback from a fraudster and you lose your business.Stripe disabled my account for this one single chargeback in all this time and the support that they are offering is pretty useless since all they do is confirming that the account is suspended and there’s nothing they can do.
