Almost 2000 transactions. Only 4 disputes. They blocked withdrawals and 15,000 euros without any information. I have been scammed by customer service for 10 days. They talk about verification but don’t give any details. I asked to contact the manager and solve the problem urgently, but despite the promises, I did not receive any message. Chat is not helpful. They don’t reply to any e-mails. They do not keep their word and promises made in the chat. I hope Stripe will help me with my problem. I am waiting for an email from you.
