Scamming Promotions during World Cup. My stake username is donxcore, and I have been on the site since Sep of 2022. During the world cup, there was a promotion titled “Bet Builder Bonanza” where the terms said to place as many same-game bets as you can, with the minimum being $5. The highest winning odds will be prized. I deposited and placed about a hundred bets worth over $700 and won 1 of them. However, 72 hours later I contacted support whether I would get any prize and come to this response “Sadly, our integrity team excluded your account from all our sports promotions for promotions and account abuse. You can continue playing, as usual, just can’t be part of our promotions anymore.” I was taken aback by this because I went to the transaction tab to verify If I have won any “Sportsbook Promotion Payout” before and it was literally empty. Be careful guys, I am not the only person to be rug-pulled like this, as others have also complained on its forum. Be wary if you deposit to chase any of their “leaderboard” type promotion.
