Skrill.com

If only zero stars was an option. After 3 attempts they finally accepted my deposit but by that time the price on my purchase (in a foreign currency) had gone up, and so I was short. I tried to top up the account, but this was deemed as a suspicious transaction, locking down my account and money pending document verification. I sent them the statement, they rejected it even though it is the correct statement for the used credit card, they claimed it was for a different card. I tried to resubmit the form to explain this but now they want I.D verification. I took a selfie and a copy of my passport to send to them, but they require me to take a photo using the non-existent camera/webcam that I don’t own attached to my PC. So now they have effectively kidnapped and ransomed my money, and I don’t see how I can ever get it back. This website is an absolute disaster. I’m not sure if it’s an intentional scam but that is certainly a strong possibility. NEVER use Skrill if you have literally any other alternative. Note all their positive rating below are basically bots.
