All I can tell you is do not put the new sim card in your phone. I’ve been trying to fix my phone for 3 weeks now. Can’t call ,can’t text no service.all you get are rude CS people that tell you it’s your phone BS . I say we all get together and call channel 7 news and report them, IT’S A SCAM to make you buy a new phone.
