Order placed 26/11/2022. 10 days later I was advised an item was out of stock, 2 days later another item out of stock. Agreed alternatives via the chat/bot and was advised the items would be despatched with 72 hours. Guess what? 72 hours later and the order has not been despatched as an item is out of stock! Again! During this whole time I’ve been bombarded with emails with fabulous offers and discounts. Do your sanity a favour and don’t order from this awful company with zero customer service.It feels like a scam. That remains to be proven otherwise.
