I paid extra for expedited shipping and there were delays on your end to ship which led to it arriving at the shipper during a storm that delayed the shipment. They missed arriving for Christmas! Thanks!This was directly on your company for delaying the shipment that led to it being caught in the storm. I will never use your company again and will be telling other parents as well. I sent an email and got 0 response. The tracking is terrible and led me to believe I was scammed and was about to issue a chargeback on my card it is sooo sketchy.Avoid go and with the tropical jungle 🙁
