Have bought 7 tickets for the FIFA world cup and paid for them on August 22nd but still haven’t gotten them. I have already booked and paid for flights and accommodation just waiting on tickets to apply for Hayya Card as it is necessary to enter Qatar. Have called their customer support multiple times and written them gazillions of emails but they never reply. Till now it looks like a big scam and would suggest everyone to stay away from them.
