Seatgeek

    SCAM. I purchased tickets 3 weeks before the event. When they were scanned, I was told to go to the events ticket counter because our tickets had been refunded to the purchaser, Seatgeek. I had to pay for them again through the buildings box office. I looked through my bank account transactions, no refund to me had been made. Trying to get help from seatgeek is just taking me in circles. The website tells me to go to the app for support. The app takes me to the website that tells me to go to the app.
