It’s impossible to cancel the membership and the customer service is HORRENDOUS. I cancelled the payment through PayPal (because they wouldn’t let me cancel the membership) and they still took the payment. Honestly it’s the biggest scam ever, don’t do it. I’m still trying to permanently cancel the membership.
