I was scammed today , fraudsters took £12,000 or so from my revolut account , the scam involved the fraudsters effectively taking over my mobile app and lap top , I therefore received no warning that these payments were being made to spurious accounts and Revolut do not have the technology to spot this kind of scam . I compare this to other banks where they are able to spot this from happening almost immediately . revolut said because they warned me before I paid the transactions I have no claim to make and would receive no compensation . They tell me today that their decision is final.
