Friend referred and got no referral reward as promised. Paid for card and it was late, scratched beyond belief and damaged in July. They have refused to replace it and have said I can simply request and pay for a new one. Now it’s November and I still have no card and they say the 6 complaints about waiting for a card have been dealt with. Yet I have no bank card. It appears to be a scam, so not trust them with your money when they can’t even deal with basic customer service. People in chat admitted they don’t speak English as their language so they ignore most of what you send to them too.Awful excuse for a company. Do not trust
