Reverse Health has horrible customer service. I didn’t want this service and canceled it in the app months before the renewal date. What no one mentioned is that you also need to cancel it as a recurring payment in PayPal if that’s your payment method.Literally seconds after the PayPal payment notification I called the company and asked for a refund as this was a service I had canceled and then subsequently deleted the app. You’re also paying ahead for the next 6 months, again for a service that’s no longer wanted. They DO NOT refund for any reason. It’s an excuse and a scam. I went to write a review on the Better Business Bureau and found out this has happened to many others. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE! YOU CAN NEVER CANCEL! In general, it wasn’t a good app for weight management purposes anyway. A horrible experience.
