I bought this subscription, immediately found it impossible and not accommodating of dietary requirements, stated time restrictions for food prep and the app was horrible. Took it on the chin that I lost out this time and moved on. I cancelled the subscription, as far as I am aware. Then £54 disappears from my account and when I tried to claim it back, in the basis that they didn’t warn me that it was to be taken and was cancelled anyway, it has stated weeks of fake pretences to do something about it, promises if I try one more time I will LOVE it and if I don’t they will refund me. When told what it would take to qualify for a refund the list is so ridiculous that it is literally impossible to achieve. Plus when I asked why I wasn’t told the money was to be collected, I was told “our customers prefer it this way”. Do they? Or is it easier for you to scam people this way?? Overall a complete scam, horrible “people” (who I suspect is one person using multiple names and images on email) and no way of getting any money back. The rest of the reviews speak for themselves and when I posted on instagram about the experience I was immediately blocked. Which says it all. Avoid
