This company scammed my 16-year-old daughter and is now making it impossible for her to cancel her membership charging her $35 every month. She can’t log into the website or reset her password as the website says it doesn’t recognise her email or have a record of her account. When we contact support to cancel the subscription they say they don’t recognise the phone number but continue to charge the credit card she provided every month.
