Scam!I rented a car for 22nd October in Las Vegas in the late evening. On the same day, my flights were changed to 23rd October 22. I called rentalcars.com to change the date to 23rd. I was told that my booking is already cancelled??? They offered me a partial refund only if I made another booking with them. I booked again, spending the total amount again. They promised me a refund in 5 to 7 days. Today we have 27th November 22 and there is no sign of a refund. They say that they must confirm first if I didn’t use the car on 22nd??? They tell me the same story anytime I call them. Terrible experience, I will avoid them and I recommend the same to everyone.
