Booking reference RGL743184SCAM COMPANY – AVOID!!!!!!In May we booked and fully paid for our hotel stay in August. A day before check in we receive an email that hotel has been cancelled. We requested a refund on Aug 8 and it is now October 22 and still no money back!!!The customer service agents we are dealing with are Manish, Saikiran, AnjiAnd all the same response:“Checking with finance team”. Furious!
