This company took money upfront and sent a booking confirmation that was fake.. I called the hotel and they said there was no such booking reference when I contacted them I keep getting the same “we I’ll pass it on to the relevant department “ and nothing it’s been over a week!! And the hotel booking was for my 2 elderly parents!! Imagine if they had got to the hotel and no booking!! They are scammers and are now ignoring my emails !! I am out 1500 euro and don’t know what to do!! Any advise most welcome. Reference RCOM1111392 give me back my money so I can rebook with the hotel directly !!!I am still waiting for my voucher.
