    Placed an order back in November for a phone case. Was supposed to be delivered by 11-28. Item never arrived. I reached out to customer service numerous times, and I kept getting a pre scripted response asking me to wait a little bit longer and giving me the tracking number to track the item. They kept insisting that the item was shipped out. However, the tracking number that they gave me was not a valid tracking number. I even reached out to the carrier that they claim was handling the delivery of the package and the carrier even confirmed with me that the tracking number that I have been given was not valid. It took me multiple emails and having to resort to filing a fraud claim with my bank before they agreed to refund my money. Even after the refund, the item never did arrive, and it was never mailed by red bubble.
