Buyers beware, this service is a scam! I initially purchased 2 first class saver tickets in Norway as I knew the date I wanted to travel. Payment was made and then I received an email stating that these tickets were not available and I was presented with 3 options. Move the date of my ticket, pay extra for a flexible fare for first class (which supposedly there was none left of) or accept an economy seat with no refund for the extra I had paid. When I arrived at the train station I asked a different ticketing agency about the situation I was in. There were plenty of seats available on I had been overcharged for the cost of the tickets I was given!
