Rail Ninja is out to scam people who can least afford it – people with economy tickets. I am a pensioner who had to cancel an economy ticket due to illness. Until I had to cancel I didn’t see, hidden in their terms and conditions, a policy to NOT reimburse ANY economy ticket. They have in effect stolen $120 from me. The state Rail Authority itself would have reimbursed me instantly.
