No not use. Rail ninja is a compete scam – they charge a service fee on top of increasing the price of the ticket significantly. You can buy the ticket direct through the rail without any issues Then they refuse to make changes if you need to modify the ticket – despite the carrier allowing it. There is zero values added for this service. I’m not sure how or why anyone would use other than being tricked into using from the search web sites.
