I ordered a makeup product for my mom for her birthday. I was so excited to give it to her. Ordering the product went smoothly a day later I got an email that my order was canceled but I had already purchased this. I tried calling and they said to hold that they were going to help me and just hung up. I called again and they said I would get a refund, I never got a refund or my product. This is a scam. I’m very upset that I spent so much money on a product I never received.
