Arrived at rental counter and they refused my booking. Sent and email for support and asked for a refund, the QEEQ agent was quick to asume I was a no show and sent me their policy (No due diligence what so ever). I responded with a screenshot of the Uber I had to hire from the counter from my hotel and his response was I was 15 minutes late to my booking and that was probably why the rental company refused the booking as I said before NO due diligence again. Sent an extract of their terms where they are supposed to argue in your best interest if something goes wrong they clearly don’t care and would just rather scam people of their money. Wouldn’t waste my money or time with QEEQ especially if you are on holiday, simply not worth it.
