While the person who helped me purchase my dog was knowledgeable about dogs, the rest of the process was difficult through PuppySpot. There was a glitch on the payment transaction page and I couldn’t pay that way which resulted in a 3 hour long process just to pay. Very poor communication once I purchased my dog. I did not hear from anyone at PS for almost 14 days in regard to the transaction and puppy travel plans despite the fact that my puppy was old enough to come home. There was so little communication that I wondered if PS was a scam and wasn’t sure if the 6000.00+ transaction would result in actually getting a dog. When I used the app to attempt to get support, I had to wait long times for a response and the customer service was poor. The only response I’d get was that the app would update when info was available. I would not recommend PS nor would I use it again.
