This company is an absolute joke, I had a subscription with them earlier this year which I promptly ended in august because I just found that I was no longer using it. As expected I was not charged after this until now, in November they randomly took just over £40 from my bank on a card that isn’t even valid anymore, what’s weird is that the subscription was only about £10 a month I think so where on earth did this come from, I contacted them and only after I disputed this with my bank did they bother replying to complain I had hurt their reputation by going through my bank. I won the dispute rightfully so yet they still claimed on their email feed that I had an active subscription, and that to get access to my account again I had to confirm the card was mine because they detected fraudulent activity???! PAHAHAHA what an absolute joke you are proton, I hope no one ever experiences what I did with you and I can see why your trust pilot rating is so rightfully low. This has to be one of the worst companies I have had the displeasure of coming into contact with and I hope no one ever uses their services again.
