This company is an absolute SCAM. I have $250 stuck in a ‘Virtual Visa Card’ and every time I try to make a purchase on Amazon it gets ‘declined by Real Time Decision’. I’ve never had this problem with any other prepaid card. When you reach out to their customer service, they tell you they will ‘unblock the transaction after 24 hours’. That’s a complete LIE.Edit: I did contact customer service and they tried to unblock Amazon’s transaction, followed by an email saying “this type of card can not be used to buy any gift card” so was never resolved.
