I’m only giving 2 stars, as opposed to 1 star, because the clothes do look great. That’s it, though. After waiting for 3 weeks for my order to arrive, I complained with customer service who couldn’t give me a clear reason for the delay or a concrete date of delivery. It took me another 5 weeks to get my refund, to the point where I was beginning to suspect it might be a scam. Apparently it’s a genuine clothing store, but I wonder if they’re going be very successful with such poor organisation and customer service.
