The buyer placed the order Nov-26-2022, the order was set to deliver in 24 hours I contacted him and he said that will be online on Friday Dec-2-2022, He sent me a message today and I replicated it, I was preparing the orden when he just cancelled the order, the day was not finished yet. He said that it took too much time but I was preparing the orden on that moment, so now he left a bad feedback and it’s the only one bad feedback that I have, so I need that this feedback is removed.I contacted him to remove that feedback but he does not answer, I think he’s like a scammer or something else Please I need this scalated.
