    This is the worse company I’ve ever dealt with, And I’m a former Consumer fraud agent for A unnamed Mastercard company. I closed my account and paid in full, and for the past two months have been giving the same story saying “they are backlogged” or “it’s been escalated,” and refusing many direct requests for managers, even having agents end the chat with me. Why chat? You say that because they don’t have a contact center, you can call and speak with a human. Point and case, if you deal with them, kiss your hard-earned money goodbye.
