Absolutely a scam. Steer clear of these disgusting people. Sent them fund 3 months ago, kept getting the same BS excuses as everyone else, stating the cards weren’t printed. Requested a refund and told to wait 60 days ( what is that about?) and they would refund me. Fast forward 2.5 months and now they’re feeding me more crap. Here’s the next step in the lies from these con artists…The refunds go into a queue to be processed by our refund issuing team, and due to the errors we’re facing with our banking platform, there’s a backlog at the moment affecting the timelines. Hence we need time to process refunds for our customers. Please note that we acknowledge this and will by all means process the refunds on priority basis.This is unacceptable and I’ll be retaining legal council to get my money back.
