This company is scammy. I was going to give it a try for my online shop with the monthly subscription. Somehow the annual plan was selected after the free trial ended. It’s the holidays and people are struggling financially including myself so this wasn’t a feasible option. I reached out to them immediately and asked if they could please refund the annual plan and Id switch back to the monthly as I intended originally but they kept offering me other alternatives instead. I asked if I could please just be refunded, and again, I’d carry on with the monthly plan because I couldn’t afford the $75 at this time. They said I already had downloads so they wouldn’t refund it. It was literally day 1 after the trial. Bad business ethics. Their attempt to keep my money and the “reasoning” was just a desperate rip-off attempt. If you’re a legit company, do right by your customers. I wasn’t even trying to cancel but after this I will never ever sign up with them again. Not to mention the rep was cold and couldn’t have cared less after I expressed my set-backs. I’d rather take my own pictures on principal.
