Stay away. This is the next FTX/ Celsius.SWYFTX exchange refused to let me make wallet transfers to Pionex saying they are a scam site. I didn’t believe it and trusted the youtube influencers instead.I made deposit, traded and was even lucky enough to get my funds back, but Pionex refuse to give me any CSV data showing my trade history. So I cannot file a tax return, but more importantly I cannot check the transactions are accurate and tru.I should clarify, they do give CSV files, but they are totally inaccurate. The latest attempt I made yesterday says I have $1.6m still on the exchange. (I have $0.25c USDT). I have been requesting a simple breakdown of funds deposited/ withdrawn and balance on 31 March, but they refuse. Always with excuses. I have been trying for 6 months, and this is my 4th review. They still will not give me that basic information so I cannot file my tax return. I have reported them to The NZ IRD, I have told Pionex this (even cc’d them into the email), and still they refuse toi give me the simple data.This is a massive scam site. check out the ‘positive’ reviews. they are clearly paying for spam feeedback or bots.
