    Asked them a simple question regarding a transaction I made.- I was given false information about account settings – they’ve promised that the tech team will look into the incorrect information they’ve never did – when I’ve asked them about their complaint policy they’ve never replied – I had a customer service representative stating they had to escalate my question to the fraud team as I didn’t recognise a transaction. I simply asked about an update from the tech team.- I’ve asked for a manager to email me – never happened. – they don’t have an option to delete your card details I’ve never dealt with such unpleasant and unprofessional company like Zilch.
