I am shocked to read reviews from October of 2022 about this company as their first scam with me happened when I purchased a dog bed in July that never arrived and I got the same emails and excuses that other people mentioned and then they disappeared. I can’t believe they are up and running again, scamming more people into buying non-existent products. Then two days ago, November 21, five months after they first scammed me, they took the full payment from my account again. The name ‘Neatsy Shop’ showed on my statement but I got an email from ‘Paw and Pet’ thanking me for the payment. I reported it to my bank and their fraud team are trying to recover the payment but it is not looking good. I cancelled my card which is what anyone who has given card details to this company HAS to do if you don’t want to be hit a second or third time by them. Their products do not exist and are just a front for them to collect financial information from people in order to defraud them of their money. CANCEL YOUR CARD IMMEDIATELY if you have not already done so. They will get you again – it is only a matter of when.
