I requested for withdrawal of 4000rs on the 9th of October via net banking still hasn’t been credited to my bank account whenever I contact customer care he said wait till 15 October than he said wait till 20 th October. Today is 21st October but money yet not credited in my account. I also lost 1000 rs deposit no one gave clear & satisfied answer. I already send bank statement but nothing happened. First time my deposit amount is lost, no solution has been given and now my withdrawal amount is being locked They said that i provide wrong account number. If its true than why my ist withdrawal successfully done. I have only single bank account.Customer care also does not give any answer. 29/10/202
