Lost my parcel and refused compensation even though I paid EXTRA to have it insured. The item was just a brush set, it was silver and Packlink say that’s why they refused my claim. If they lose a parcel, what does it matter what’s inside? as long as it’s legal!! Just a scam, they’re happy to sell you extra insurance to cover the value of the item but if they lose the parcel you just get the middle finger!!
