I would of rated 0 if I could I used them as it was quick and convenient for printing via eBay. It has been a nightmare. 3 of my parcels have gone missing and if they use Evri for shipping, like In my case. Evri will not take responsibility for the hassle. They tell you to talk to packlink as that’s who you paid from and packlink don’t want to do much, it’s a scam to keep your money and you pay the extra insurance and it’s still not simple to sort out. They just send you pointless emails just in the hope you give up. Do not use packlink. Better off going straight to Evri or Royal Mail itself. At least it’s easier to sort out
