Sonia has been extremely helpful. She has promised to solve my issues by upgrading the subscription. I will await for her email as I just finished talking to her over the phone right now so I still didnt have everything sorted, until I see it I don’t believe it. I have had massive issues as in my card got cancelled as they tried to take money off the account more than once. Transaction has been deemed as fraudulent so my account got closed down. I hope my flight will not be affected and I was told that all will be OK.
