Spent two hours trying to book, prime discount kept being removed, the chat bot said to speak to an agent we need a booking first, so we booked and the discount was removed..agent on chat says now we have made our booking we cannot get our prime discount applied/refunded. Complete joke and borderline fraud?! something dodgy with their website..be careful when booking, check any discount is applied at the last step, also the ATOL certificate they sent us expired in September.
