I bought a top up for someone else. They needed me to verify my email address which I did. But my friend did not get any credit because they needed a pin, I never received a pin. This looks like a total scam. I’ve lost money and more important that person really needed that top up. The reply from the company had their usual excuse about being unable to find the account. Note how many of their replies seem to be exactly the same.
