From the outset it was not possible to access my account online. Despite repeated emails from customer service, which ranged from the disinterested to the apologetic, there was no way for me to login in to the account I thought I had set up. I note that there were no such problems in sharing payment details and am not 100% certain that this is not a scam.The pants did arrive, they were ok but I would not pay more than £5 for them. I, however, have no idea what the ongoing cost would be as was not able to account (if it ever existed).I suggest this is one avoided.
