Feeling incredibly scammed. Signed up for a 14 day trial and ‘free’ pair of boxers. Received nothing then charged £9.99 and still no product, tried to log in to cancel sub, only to constantly get an error screen. Finally logged in and cancelled to be told a December payment will be taken too. So that means £20 and I highly doubt any packages will arrive. Really really disappointed when I emailed my concerns and got a standard reply, I demand a full refund on the basis I have received nothing!!
