I bought in October a outdoor camera. This did not work, so contacted OnBuy for a replacement. They took a while to answer my complaint. Then they offered a 5% refund then 10% refund, but I could keep the camera and give it to a friend!! They finally agreed to send a replacement. I am still waiting for the replacement in December!! I wanted a full refund since the replacement didn’t turn up. They are now playing games. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE !!! They scam you!!!It may only be £16.00 but it’s lost money to me and a present that my grandson won’t get !!!
