Terrible service. Clearly the reseller I raised a duspute about isn’t legitimate. The tracking details they provided wasn’t legitimate. They didn’t respond two two messages. I raised an onbuy support request which says they will respond in 24hrs, they haven’t. I wouldn’t advise using onbuy because they don’t communicate and there are clearly scam resellers on their site
